Lazy Sucks.
I'm 15, and I want to get toned! Abs, biceps, thigh muscles, etc. I'm doing P90X and try to eat only whole, healthy foods. I focus more on non-scale goals, like being able to run longer, do more pull-ups, and to finally be able to do the crane pose.
